Refund policy

Try before you buy
The free version of CheckMyMac never expires and runs the core checks on your exact Mac. It exists so you can see how the app behaves on your machine before paying — please start there.
14-day guarantee: it works, or your money back
If the full version fails to work on your Mac — a test doesn't run, activation fails, the app misbehaves — email yukkaperehenen@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short note about the problem. If we can't fix it for you, we refund the purchase in full.
A refund is for software that didn't do its job — not for a license that has already done it. Once a key has been used to check a Mac, that check has delivered its value, and "I already checked what I needed" isn't grounds for a refund. The free version exists precisely so you can verify the app works on your machine before paying. The license is deactivated on refund.
How long it takes
We confirm the refund within 2 business days; the money returns to your payment method by the payment provider's usual timeline (typically 5–10 business days).
Something not working?
If the app misbehaves on a specific Mac, we'd love to fix it — a short note about the model and macOS version is usually enough for us to reproduce the problem.
Abuse
We reserve the right to decline a refund in clear cases of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same or related accounts.
